Samhain Sauna at Tortworth Arboretum

We’ll meet amongst the beautiful woodland of Tortworth Arboretum. We’ll share stories and reflections inspired by Samhain — a time of transition and turning inward. Bring your stories, songs and knowledge to share if you feel called to. From the warmth of the fire, we’ll journey into the heat of the sauna. First we will have a guided round and then allow time for moving silently between sauna and woodland. We will close the time in sauna with a guided round. This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature, honour what is ready to be released, and listen for what is waiting to emerge. Come prepared to sweat, breathe, listen, reflect and be held by the ancient rhythm of fire, forest, heat and coolness. This sauna experience is a mixed gender event.
